Multiple Caregivers
- Serving within the Greater Lehigh Valley
- Part-time hours | Full-time hours (not guaranteed)
- Hourly caregiving and live-in opportunities
- Delivering exceptional care and support to our clients and their families in a variety of ways and settings
- Starting Pay is $18/hour
Care Coordinator
- Full time in-office care coordinator
- The care coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of non-medical home care services by managing care coordination, scheduling, customer service, and conducting home visits and hospital transition evaluations
- Starting Pay is Negotiable
