Established in 2007, Millbrook HomeCare was founded by Anne Miller and Cheryl Brooks, born out of Cheryl’s firsthand experiences with the shortcomings of homecare services. Together, they envisioned a company that would stand as a beacon of reliable and trustworthy care for seniors and families of the Lehigh Valley. In 2017, Terry Weber took the helm, embracing the chance to propel their vision into the future as the new owner of Millbrook HomeCare.

Terry came into ownership with more than 30 years of experience, which she attributes to a personal calling on her life. Since childhood, she spent considerable time engaging with and learning from older individuals whom she had the privilege of knowing. This passion continued into her twenties, leading her to her first position in a nursing care facility. Terry has since held nearly every role and worked in various departments within the industry. Her journey led to a pivotal moment in 2017 when she had the chance to take over Millbrook HomeCare, turning her dedication to senior care into her own dedicated mission.

Terry currently serves as the Vice President of Lehigh Valley Aging in Place, a non-profit organization committed to helping seniors of the Lehigh Valley to age in place with safety and independence throughout their lives. She also invests considerable time as a volunteer at Dementia Friendly Lehigh Valley.
